• Proactively recruit new customers to build strong customer data base through effective clienteling
• Manage a portfolio of VIP customers, to build and maintain customer loyalty
• Work by appointment, to plan and execute seamless VIP product & service offer
• Demonstrate a leading role in providing personalized customer experience with professional brand and product knowledge
• Achieve agreed sales targets by maximizing every selling opportunity through demonstration of professional sales techniques
• Able to provide constructive feedback on brand performance to strive for potential growth
• Possess the latest market trend with thorough understanding of customer behavior to reach expectation

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion, customer experience and creativity are essential
• Relevant experience in luxury fashion industry
• Good insight into the fashion trends and brand
• Sociable with strong communication and interpersonal savvy
• Good team player with strong self – motivation and result driven
• Well spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
