Job duties:

• Fully in charge of retail and e-commerce business
• Oversee the daily operations of own retail stores including but not limited to inventory control, staff roster, in store displays, store maintenance and customer services
• Responsible for new retail store development
• Manage the front and back-end of online sales
• Achieve sales performance target to ensure continued business growth
• Develop and manage promotion plans and marketing campaigns
• Performing ad hoc duties when required

 Job requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• A minimum of 2 years' solid store operations and supervision experience in retail & e-commerce industry
• Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in computer literacy
