Responsibilities

- Prepare KPIs, periodic sales reports and other quantitative analysis for the regions

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the retail operations team

- Assist in implementation of company policies and procedures in retail operations

- Support the regions in handling operational issues and customer enquiries when required

- Responsible for the coordination and work closely with various internal and external parties

- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments of retail operations

 Requirements

- Higher Diploma or above with min. 2 years relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail industry

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must

- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Detail-minded and strong analytical skill

- Well organized, independent with good communication skills

- Immediately available is preferred
