Responsibilities:

Business Development & Accounts Serving

• This role is acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
• develop new business opportunities and generate profitable sales in Hong Kong and China market in order to meet and exceed business revenue goals;
• manage capacity and equipment arrangement for customers in Hong Kong and South China;
• identify, develop and build business networks and key person to secure business;
• need to maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• retention from assigned customers.

Sales Administration 

• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• creating detailed proposal documents, which including checking costs, bids, rates & operation flows;
• follow up sales leads, analyse business possibilities, assist to complete quotation according to the requirement of accounts & response to business tender and RFQ/RFI;
• reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Shipping/Logistics Management, Marketing or equivalent disciplines;
• At least 2 years working experience in logistics industry, preferably in logistics and/or transportation projects in Asia;
• Proficient PC skills (MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong self initiative;
• Good command of spoken and written English.  Putonghua is an advantage.

Applicant with less qualification and experience may be considered as Business Development Assistant.
