Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and enquiries and manage reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence/courier
• Provide general clerical and administrative support for the Secretariat and subcommittee(s) (eg searching information from the Internet, ordering office supplies and inventory control, coordination work, etc)
• Perform outdoor work occasionally eg purchase of gifts
• Assist project execution outside normal office hours occasionally on a rota basis

Requirements

• Form 5 or matriculated
• With at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficiency in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above (or Level 2 or above) in the HKCEE
• Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet and Chinese word processing
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Native Cantonese and fluent Putonghua and English
• Pleasant personality
• Willing to accept responsibilities and work overtime
• Immediate availability preferred
