Our client, a well-established investment bank is looking for a talented Application Support for their APAC front office Equity Research team. Selected candidates would be supporting mission critical systems. Non-finance candidates with strong technical and interpersonal skills are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily application support to equity research users, equity sales in APAC
• Maintain high-performance and availability in Front Office workflow, distribution system and CRM
• Gather user requirement and manage the BAU enhancement projects
• Work directly with users to build trusted relationship and provide timely technical/functional support
• Work with development, infrastructure teams and vendors on system monitoring, implementation, release and deployment

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Excel VBA and MS SQL. Developers with strong interest in support will also be considered.
• Possess energy and enthusiasm to thrive in high-pressure environment and work with demanding users
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, as well as communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese - you will be working with a Regional team
• Knowledge in financial knowledge and market data will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) from a reputable university
