Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting cloud computing solutions;
• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving for installed base clients,
• Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement;
• Perform system maintenance and health checks;
• Technical training will be provided·

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above;
• 2 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting;
• 2 years hands-on experience with UNIX system administration;
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated and independent;
