Our client, a global financial institution is looking for a Apple & Mac Support Engineer to join their technology support team.  This is a great opportunity for a talented team player to join a global organization. Permanent Position with a great worklife balance culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 Support of end user technology including Mac Computers and Apple Products.
• Provide a high quality technology support service to the firm employees including Senior management and VIPs.
• Manage the local Mac deployment, replacement, software update / installation etc.
• Support model via ticketing / incident management system and follow delivery SLA.
• Work closely with vendors and subject matter experts on solutions and support.
• Constantly evaluate the desktop service support model and enhance the service level with suggestions and change.

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of technical support experience with Apple and Mac products.
• Great experience in providing a high quality end user technology service.
• Troubleshooting experience in MacOS, iOS, iWork and related Apple software.
• Experience with hardware and software inventory management.
• Excellent customer service personality.
• Excellent communications skill in English and Cantonese.
• Bachelor Degree is highly preferred.
