Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the organization from a financial perspective, focusing on operations support, budget management, closing process, financial reporting and forecasting.
• Manage the finance and accounting function and produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, forecasts and reporting packages to be reviewed with the executive management team.
• Work closely with the CEO in setting and meeting strategic goals of the business and growth objectives, providing overall financial management leadership.
• Lead activities in M&A, fundraising and Hong Kong pre-IPO processes; this includes routine communication with investors, capital services, bankers and underwriters.
• Provide advice for contract commercial terms including but not limited to different forms of guarantees, insurance, payment, and credit.

Qualifications:

• Degree in finance / accounting, CPA equivalents, and/ or MBA
• 3+ years of manager level in financial control, costing and budgeting, and pre-IPO launch.
• Previous experience in a similar role in Hong Kong listed companies
• Solid managerial level experience with successful track record of Hong Kong IPO
• Strong technical accounting skills and solid exposure to capital markets
• Familiar with Hong Kong listing rules.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
• Experience working in Healthcare in China would be an advantage.
