Responsibilities

• Evaluate lab dips and bulk shade to ensure accurate color comment is delivered to suppliers
• Ensure better color control by providing technical coaching/supports to mills / vendors
• Manage color approval timeline and follow up with suppliers regarding timeliness of color submissions and approvals
• Follow up and maintain color approval database and prepare lab dip approval status reports

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Textile Chemistry/ Technology
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in visual and instrumental color matching system
• Thorough knowledge of colors and characteristics of dyestuff applied for apparel industry
• Capable in making good judgment on color deviation
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Well-versed with MS Word and Excel
