Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the Group’s business within and outside Hong Kong, including but not limited to the areas of corporate finance, investment and project section
• Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and internal departments
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating multinational agreements
• Undertake any ad hoc legal projects

Requirement:

• Qualified solicitor with relevant experience preferably gained in law firms or listed companies 
• Familiar with listing rules and related regulations in HK
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting skill with the ability to provide accurate, practical and timely advice
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Able to work under pressure
