Our client, a listed leading developer is currently looking for Quantity Survey to join their team in Hong Kong

• Scrutiny of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and sub-contract documents
• Participate in Evaluation of variation works and payment applications
• Responsible to manage the consultants and contractors to ensure the quality and performance are up to the standard.
• Liaise and coordinate with departments and external auditor in respect of the audit, compliance, financial matters. 
• Be responsible for pre and post-contract quantity surveying works for property development.

• University Degree in Surveying or equivalent
• Member of HKIS, HKIE, MCIOB or equivalent will be an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience in property developer
