Responsibilities:

• Negotiation for relevant propose as tenant also market properties as landlord
• Able to handle all leasing and tenancy matters, correspondence but no limited to leasing administration and works with relevant department team
• To conduct analysis of identified sites taking into account of geographic, area demographics and sales potential to support the opening of new store
• To work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth procedure for opening of new store and negotiate with Landlord, developers to coordinate the site design
• To maintain and establish good relationship with landlord and relevant parties
• Able to handle ad hoc issue as required

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in leasing/property and tenancy management, with retail shops experience is preferred
• Self-motivated with strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
