Responsibilities:

• Responsible for group consolidated financial statements, management reports, forecast, budgeting and analysis on a timely basis;
• Lead the accounting team to complete month end & year end closing;
• Responsible for statutory audit and tax;
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance;
• CPA Qualified with minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in commercial / audit field, with at least 2 years supervisory experience;
• With experience in real estate investment and development is an advantage;
• Hands-on experience in consolidation is a must;
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting standards, tax rules and related regulations;
• PC literacy with knowledge in computerized accounting systems;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant.
