Responsibilities:

Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and performance management.

• Provide full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and all HR-related duties
• Prepare monthly payroll, MPF administration and employer’s return filing for the division
• Work closely with line managers to identify staffing needs and to manage and handle staff recruitment and selection activities and all related administration work
• Implementation of HRIS
• Provide general clerical and administrative support

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• Min. 5 years solid HR and Administration experience with at least 2 years supervision skill
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations
• A good team player with pleasant personality
• Can work independently
• Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
