Job Description

• Assist in underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities
• Responsible for sourcing investors and deals in accordance with the fund's strategy
• Assist in origination of investment opportunities by maintaining and building relationship with existing or new partners and other deal brokers
• Prepare investment memorandum and term sheet, participate in deal negotiations, due diligence and on-going asset managment
• Construct financial models covering joint-venture, distribution waterfall scenarios for deal valuations and investment recommendations
• Coordinate deal transaction process with asset/project management team and the fund admin unit, and liaised with external consultants, counsels and agent
• Perform both broad and sector market research and monitoring
• Monitor portfolio's quality, project cash flows/progress and investment performance closely on a regular basis
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or MBA is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including, but not be limited to, the following areas of specialty: private equity, real estate investment, or due diligence services
• Exposure to IPO, Sepcial Audit and due diligence would be an advantage
• Professional qualification of CFA, HKICPA/CICPA or other equivalent overseas qualifications
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical ability
