Job Description

工作职责：

Job Duties:

監測高风险信用卡、借记卡、和收单商户的交易, 核查可疑交易
定期重检欺诈风控策略和系统參数
指导境外机构和提供培训
制定及定期重检欺诈风控政策和更新操作手册
参与系统优化项目及协助系统测试工作
对监管、行业及业务发展、变化情况进行分析，并协助制定、修改相关的风险政策

To monitor card high risk activities (credit card and debit card) and merchant transactions, review suspicious transactions
To review fraud control strategy and system parameters regularly
To provide guidance and training to overseas branches
To formulate/revise fraud control policy and responsible for procedure manual maintenance
To prepare system change requirement and participate in User Acceptance Test
To conduct analysis and assist in risk related initiatives to keep pace with regulatory, industry, and business development

任職资格要求:
Requirement:

具有大学以上学历；
3年信用卡授权或欺诈风控管理工作经验；
精通一般文书软件如 MS Office , 有SAS技能会更好；
进取心强，良好的沟通能力和具有团队合作精神;
具有良好的中英语文能力，普通话流利者优先
申请者有较少的工作经验，也会考虑聘为信贷主任/高级信贷主任

Degree holder or above
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Authorization/Fraud Management is preferred
Good konwledge in application software such as MS Office, with SAS knowledge is a plus
Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skill, and a good team player
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
Candidtate with less experience will be considered as Credit Officer/Senior Credit Officer
