Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in promoting the company’s products, programs, projects and corporate image.
• Initiate, drive and implement product innovation and product development projects.
• Provide full spectrum of internal and external marketing support towards planned, e.g. company materials production, execution and the production of marketing collaterals, writing and editing support, social media platforms management.
• Support the strategic planning for business expansion, including development of new product, new markets and new sales channel.
• Develop marketing strategies and execute the action plans with sales team.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to facilitate formulation of business plans.
• Provide trading ideas, quality consultation and up-to-date market information on product knowledge to sales team for the growth of wealth management services.
• Provide appropriate and timely advice to senior management on product development strategy under different markets situation and customer demand.
• Coordinate with sales channels and other departments to facilitate quality sales and after-sales service delivery to customers and to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments or special business projects as assigned.
Requirement:
• Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or Business related disciplines.
• At least 5 years finance industry experience.
• Solid experience & sound knowledge in Asset Management Fund products.
• Development and implementation experience in product marketing.
• Strong business sense and analytical skills.
• Clear understanding of sales channels.
• Holder of SFC License (Type 4&9 regulated activity) is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation and PC skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
