Job Description

Maintenance Officer / Senior Maintenance Officer (BW/BS)

To cope with our clients on-going business expansion, They are currently seeking for high caliber professionals to fit the position of Senior Maintenance Officer to join their team.

Maintenance Officer 20- 25K

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and monitor the progress of the maintenance building works in commercial / shopping centre
Provide technical solution in effective and efficient way
Submit tender and implementing improvement and renovation works
Assist in monitoring and evaluation of the contractor’s performance
Deal with revolving parties regarding facility and maintenance issues

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Higher Certificate in Building Surveying, Building Services, Building Studies or related disciplines
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge in facility and maintenance works
Detail-mind, self-discipline, strong customer service skills and good problem solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
