• 負責日常大廈維修保養工作
• 為管業處提供緊急服務
• 監察及指導外判商在大廈工作

要求

• 具一年或以上有關工作經驗
• 必須持有香港政府發出之A電牌
• 持有工業學院發出之屋宇裝備工程證書或冷氣證書優先考慮
• 具良好溝通技巧
• 能操流利廣東話及簡單英語
• 工作地點: 荃灣／長沙灣

每天工作8.5小時、可享公眾假期、十二日有薪年假、強積金、醫療及牙齒保健等。
