Responsibilities

• Assist department head to monitor the daily operation of lift & escalator maintenance service
• Coordinate with engineering teams / section heads in project planning and monitoring
• Handle correspondence to external customers regarding inquiries, maintenance work progress and other field service related matters
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by department head

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 5 years’ experience in engineering management, knowledge and exposure in lift industry is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing
• Dedicated to develop a career in Engineering Management
