Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot IT hardware and network problems and provide front line IT support to users;
• To perform system (hardware, software and network) installation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related qualifications;
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in IT system support (hardware, software installation & maintenance);
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills and ability to handle high demands.
• Quick learning and ability to adapt to a new environment easily.
