Job Responsibilities:-

• Support, maintain and upgrade Company’s IT systems and network infrastructure
• Manage and monitor vendors’ and service providers’ performance, contract management and service availability
• Liaise with external vendors on application of software inquiries and maintenance
• Responsible for review and setup of Company’s IT policies and practices
• Participate and execute in planned and ad-hoc IT projects in line with Company’s business operation and development

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or IT related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of IT working experience of system installation, configuration and supporting network/servers infrastructure
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to handle multi-tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• A good team leader and able to work independently, and under pressure
