Responsibilities:

-          Document & test report checking

-          Timely up-dating of internal documentation database

-          Facilitate smooth work flow on 3^rd party product testing areas

-          Ensure smooth documentation flow between merchandising, suppliers and head office

-          Communication with 3^rd party , suppliers and merchandising in regards to testing

Requirements:

-          Higher diploma and/or degree holder in textile testing/chemistry (apparel, home textiles, footwear)

-          Experienced Testing Standards (EU/Germany) and procedures

-          Understanding of Quality Control AQL standards

-          Good knowledge of German/European physical, chemical and product safety

requirements

-          Experience in buying office or testing house is desired

-          Excellent organization skills & able to handle administrative tasks with speed

-          Good command of both verbal and written English, Mandarin as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

-          Self-motivated, hardworking and a strong sense of responsibility
