Responsibilities : 

• Be responsible for technical development, pre-production of  woven/knit fabric to bulk production
• Review & manage fabric technical issue, ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle
• Communicate with suppliers/mills on quality improvements;
• Conduct pre-production meeting and manage adherence in setting standard/protocol
• Communicate and agree performance standards against technical requirements with factories/mills
• Communicate and update test packages with labs

Requirements : 

• Diploma or above in textile or related disciplines
• At least  8-15 years solid experience in the textile industry
• Product development, or quality assurance experience is a plus
• Experience in assessments and inspection processes
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
