Job Description
Our client, is one of the leading garment manufacturers in Hong Kong with 6 manufacturing plants in Asia. It employ over 64,000 people worldwide and have an annual turnover of US$1.7 billion.
General Manager – Cambodia (around 2,000 workers)
Requirements :
- At least 15 years in garment and holder of industrial Engineer is an added advantage
- Good in factory management, production and manufacturing in jersey clothing experiences is a MUST. Not only production experience, prefer candidate with HR and Finance background.
- Re : Human Resources - the candidate with handle on experiences to manage all HR matters and good understanding of labor law in Cambodia.
- Re : Finance – good finance background for P&L
- Develop and maintain disciplined and consistent business and measurement processes to insure proper tracking and accuracy of performance metrics and financial data of the operation
- Excellent communication with management, internal & external parties
- Station overseas experiences is a MUST
- Fluent English (open nationality)
