Responsibilities

• Ensure new reliable suppliers and sourcing products competitiveness for category perimeter
• Conduct negotiations to guaranty the best purchase conditions  
• Respond timely to requests and provide clear information of additional opportunities to customer
• Anticipate market situation to show professionalism to the buying countries
• Follows Key Indicators of activity: sourcing follow-up, negotiation follow-up , product development  follow-up
• Manage suppliers for the required performance level in the aspect of commercial, quality and logistic

Requirements

• Solid 3 years experience in merchandising under toys field
• Strong in product development with excellent negotiation skills
• Relevant experience in International retail chain
• Proficient in product and supplier analysis
• Outgoing personality with commercial sense and attitude
• Detail oriented, reliable, team work and well organized
