Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative support to the Management
• Assist in operations administration including data entry and document filing
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of work, including checking work, keeping track of deadlines and paying close attention to detail
• Use an organized and systematic approach to achieve results in the most efficient and productive manner
• To monitor documentary work to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with any other reasonable duties that may be required by the Management
• Work closely with other Dept. to organize the flow of information necessary for the operation

 Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience preferable in retail beauty
• Able to work both independently and in a team with initiatives
• Proactive, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure to meet timelines
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Operation Executive
