PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain records/reports for order confirmation from respective vendors
• Touch base with respective vendors on status updated and to ensure on time delivery
• Maintain tracking charts, follow up on dispatch and process the necessary documentation
• Identify order status and ensure system is updated
• Update commitment contracts for seasonal orders
• Address inquiries from vendors related to costing
• Handle order changes or cancellations
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams in HK and US
• Undertake any other duties / special assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of related work experience in apparel industry; intimate experience is a plus
• Well organized, good communication skill and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS office; experience in SAP or other merchandising system would be an advantage
• Good command in oral and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
