Responsibilities

 

• Communicate with internal teams, Overseas Offices, and Factories;
• Diagnose production problems and work with factory to provide solutions/options suppliers or marketing team
• Monitor color / sample / trims development status and resolve problem and production status with factory and marketing team to meet production lead time;
• Supervises team member, delegate works and provide coaching to them on daily works 
• Prepare Purchase/ Sales Contracts and contract negotiation with traders and customers.
• Able to handle L/C applications, manage full set of I/E shipping documents independently

Qualifications:

 

• At least 7 years+ relevant experience in Textile or Garment Ind.
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred;
• Willingness to Travel.
• Knowledge in ERP/ NAV system is preferable
