Job Description
Our client, Hong Kong base leading garment manufacturing group with plants and operation in Asia & Europe.
Manager - Strategic Planning / Corporate Planning
- Works closely with senior management in strategy management
- Stronger background on PEST, SWOT/Analytical skill is a MUST
- Experience in manufacturing/Industrial is preferrable
- Facilitate and coach strategic discussion for business initiatives and direction
- Monitor the planning mechanism for business growth and organization development
- Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis for strategic direction
- Provide strategic recommendations in regular strategic review meetings to identify potential business opportunities, and solutions in workflow re-engineering and operational improvement
- Work with business unit leaders to monitor strategy execution
- Occasional business travel to China and Asia
The Person:
- Master in any disciplines with at least 5 years of experience in business planning
- Experience in management consulting, strategic planning, market research is a plus
- Excellent data analytic and presentation skills
- Able to communicate with senior management and present ideas clearly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to make sound recommendations
