Position Responsibilities Include:

• Handle internal transactions including creating internal quotation, Purchase order & Sales order, receiving Purchase order, fulfilling Sales order, I/E document and Tradelink declaration
• Handle logistics for others office projects under ICD Hong Kong
• Manage Hong Kong's warehouse and achieve zero discrepancy
• Backup and support for Purchasing Coordinator of Hong Kong
• Provide low cost and prompt speedy Logistic
• Provide good and responsible services to related departments
• Arrange borrow items and repair faulty products promptly
• Forwarder/Courier management

  Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above
• 2-3 years relevant experience in Logistics & warehouse  
• Experience in Security industry will be an advantage
• Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Word
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and be a good team player
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
