Roles

• Responsible for the airline’s operations on the day-to-day basis

Accountabilities

• Establish and maintain local procedures
• Take action on communications addressed to the Carrier
• Prepare, forward, file and retain for a period specified in the Annex B, messages/ reports/ statistics/ documents and perform other administrative
• Maintain the Carrier’s manuals, circulars, and other operational documents connected with the performance of the services
• Check, sign and forward on behalf of the Carrier items including, but not limited to, invoices, supply orders, handling charge notes, work orders
• Effect payment, on behalf of the Carrier, including but not limited to airport, customs, police and other charges relating to the services performed, out-of-pocket expenses, accommodation, transport
• Handle the contents of Carrier’s company mail pouches
• Liaise with the Carrier’s designated representative verify availability and preparedness of staff, equipment, Loads, documentation and services of the third party(ies) to perform the services
• Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company

Capabilities and Experience

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Services Agent Knowledge of PC and airline DCS
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• High understanding of passenger environment, procedures and processes
• Initiative, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer-relations skills
• Shift duties required
