Responsibilities:

• Install, setup and maintain network and server infrastructure installation at data center
• Monitor network and server systems to ensure optimal performance
• Plan and coordinate with global support teams for scheduled network installs, maintenance and outages.
• Plan and coordinate datacenter activities with co-location provider
• Plan and coordinate timely break/fix services with vendors and providers
• Manage server backup process and tape administration 
• As part of global network follow-the-sun support, respond to team trouble tickets during Asia business hours
• Provide network/ Windows server troubleshooting, problem determination and support
• Maintain data centre operations procedure and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience working in multi-national organization with global operations/ regional teams across Asia will be an advantage
