Our prestige client is a global leader in the Consumer Lifestyle Goods industry publicly traded in Europe with worldwide presence. They are now looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, APAC to join the regional finance team and support the growing business.

Key Job Duties

Reporting to the Finance Director- Asia based in Hong Kong, you will be a key person responsible for strategy development, financial planning, budget/ rolling forecast, variance analysis, etc for Asia region. You will provide financial analytical support to internal stakeholders. You will lead, monitor and review the forecasting, budgeting and long range plan process and ensured that are aligned with business strategy by focusing on the execution of financial and accounting activities. You will generate and deliver accurate and timely results in the form of reports to senior management and reporting team. You will work closely with other country management for business forecast improvement. You will be expected to provide constructive advice based on financial findings for management team to make business-related decisions. You will review and improve the planning process to ensure the compliance with corporate requirement.

Requirements

You should be a qualified CPA with bachelor degree major in finance/ accounting with comprehensive financial analysis experience gained from sizable MNC preferable in the FMCG industry. You should have Regional consolidation of management reporting experience. You should be an independent and strong presenter and be confident to work with senior executives from other regions. You should speak fluent English and Cantonese. Past experience with SAP, Oracle or Hyperion will be a plus.
