Responsibilities: 

• Perform all-rounded financial accounting functions
• Participating in monthly closing tasks
• Preparing, booking and matching of payments
• Monthly reconciliation of bank and other accounts
• Assistance for account control, analysis and forecast for management review
• Weekly reconciliation of banking transactions & timely handling of all discrepancies
• Support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Efficient and attention to details, meticulous, proactive, initiative and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and under pressure and to meet tight deadline
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal control
• Excellent language skills both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office
• Immediate available 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Accountant position
