Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls
  • Handle email and online orders
  • Provide general clerical support

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in customer service
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good command in MS office applications
  • Well organized, responsible and able to work independently
  • Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
