Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive HR and Administration duties
• Explore recruitment channels, perform recruitment activities and develop recruitment tools
• Handle staff contracts and HR related correspondence
• Handle employee relations issues
• Assist in compensation & benefits review and staff appraisal system
• Work with HR and Administration Manager on strategic HR planning
• Coordinate / conduct training programs for staff of different levels and follow up to ensure the effectivenessof the programs
• Develop management tools inenhancing staff innovation andmanaging changes
• Designing and implement human resources projects to improve business results

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant experience
• Experience in logistic industry is advantageous
• Proven ability in counseling/advising in various employment-related matters
• Familiar with local HR related ordinance and practices
• Able to drive and lead change within the organization and work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; prior experience managinga HRMS is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as HR and Administration Officer
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Working Location:

•  San Po Kong (with free shuttle to Diamond Hill MTR station)
