Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

1)    Perform all – rounded HR functions including compensation & benefit, preparation of employment contract, data entry, statutory filing , staff records maintenance and HR reporting

2)    Handle staff recruitment functions including job advertisement posting, resumes screening, interview arrangement, conduct interviews

3)    Assist in the implementation of the performance management system and appropriate training & development plan

4)    Ensure the policies & procedures comply with HK labour regulations

5)    Handling new human resources initiatives and projects as assigned by the management

6)    Oversee Administration functions

Requirements:

1)    Degree holder or equivalent discipline

2)    At least 3 years in HR field in sizable corporation

3)    Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

4)    Multi-task competency and with strong analytical skills

5)    Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (multi-national working environment)

6)    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

7)    Independent, detail-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure
