HR & Administration Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefit, payroll & MPF administration, staff orientation and retention, performance appraisal and personnel record filings
• Handle general office administration functions such as office renovation and maintenance, liaise with landlord and management office, procurement of office supplies, organize company activities and traveling arrangement
• Supervise subordinates to work closely with all line managers on issues related to human resources and administrative support
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements: 

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experiences in HR and office administration, preferably in the financial sector
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other statutory requirements
• Pleasant, mature, proactive, responsible and independent
• Proficient with MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available highly desirable
