We are in urgent need for a temporary four months support to handle purchase order administration for the peak season of the US Supply Chain Team.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

• Handle end-to-end data entry form vendor set-up, item set-up, PO and shipment processing
• Handle paperwork and filling
• Order follow up with internal and /or external parties as appropriate
• Data verification to ensure data integrity across systems
• Provide clerical and administration support
• Prepare ad hoc reports as required

Key Position Requirements:

• Diploma or above, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• High accuracy in data entry
• Good communication skills and team player
• Proficiency in computer skills of Microsoft Office Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
