Requirements:

- Degree holder in finance, accounting, statistics or economics.

- At least 2 years prior experience in investment bank, private equity, accounting firm, buy-side firm or management consultant.

- Familiar with financial modeling and company analysis.

- Have the ability to originate and bring business to the firm.

- Project management skills with ability to multi-task.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Strong command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct industry and company research, understand development in the financial markets, identify industry trend and investment opportunities.

- Working closely with team members to evaluate investment opportunities, provide all analytics and financial modeling with growth forecast and prepare preliminary due diligence report.

- Coordinating with external professionals, including auditors, lawyers and other professionals to perform due diligence work, fund formation and transaction execution process.

- Preparing pitch books for client meetings and assist in preliminary fund raising.

- Speak and interact directly with clients.
