• Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering
• 10 years above working experience for (SBSE) and 5 years for (BSE)
• Working in main contractor is preferred
• Independent manage E&M services sub-contractors
• Be capable to prepare combined services drawings by CAD
• Candidate with less experience and / or qualification may apply for Building Services Engineer (BSE)
