Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property/Facilities Management or related discipline
• Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIH required
• Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Minimum 10 years working experience in managing residential, Grade A commercial buildings and Ginza-type (retail & commercial) buildings, of which at least 4-5 years in managerial level
• Strong leadership with personal integrity and sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
