Key responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the development and management of  IT application system including co-ordinating user acceptance test, system management and monitoring, updating website, handling user technical enquiries and communicating user needs with system vendors under a government subsidized project
• Coordinate with vendors efficiently for delivery of services and equipment according to contracts
• Provide technical support for day-to-day administration of office computer applications, hardware, software, networking, installation issue, telecommunication systems and ad hoc IT support
• Perform general administrative work such as screening incoming emails, answering general public enquiries and maintaining IT inventory
• Assist project execution outside normal office hours occasionally as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, major in IT, computer studies or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ solid hands-on experience in providing technical support for system administration, networking, PC hardware and software asset management
• Proficiency in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above (or Level 2 or above) in the HKCEE
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work overtime
• Immediately available preferred
