Responsibilities

• Reporting to Sales Manager and support the order processing on adhesive products and handle delivery process to clients
• Handle customer's enquiries, prepare quotations, order form and invoices etc.,
• Follow-up the sales orders and related processing with factories
• Keep order fulfillment process on track in a timely and quality manner.
• Co-ordinate with customers for delivery and logistics arrangement to local and overseas market
• Provide administrative support to Sales Team

Requirements

• High diploma or above with 4 - 10 years working experience in Sale admin field or Manufacturing industry is preferable
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented and be able to work under tight schedule and deadline
• Mature and self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales team target
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS applications including MS Office, PowerPoint,  Excel, experience in using ERP is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
