Job Description
Role Summary:
- To assist in deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials as ERP through carrying out project activities including testing, data migration, reconciliation of source system data, training, and handover.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the project and finance team to meet project deliverables covering data migration, testing, and training
- Assist in completing various test phases including User Acceptance Testing
- Perform source and target system reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Report any risks or issues to the project team in a timely manner
- Support finance team in any month-end or year-end BAU activities during the transition period
Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in Finance and Accounting; Preferably with an Accounting qualification
- 5 years working experience in projects within Finance, particularly implementing financial systems and ERPs
- Experience in performing user acceptance testing in similar system roll-outs
- Proficient in data handling, transformation and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or related ERP is an advantage
