Role Summary:

• To assist in deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials as ERP through carrying out project activities including testing, data migration, reconciliation of source system data, training, and handover.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the project and finance team to meet project deliverables covering data migration, testing, and training
• Assist in completing various test phases including User Acceptance Testing
• Perform source and target system reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Report any risks or issues to the project team in a timely manner
• Support finance team in any month-end or year-end BAU activities during the transition period

Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in Finance and Accounting; Preferably with an Accounting qualification
• 5 years working experience in projects within Finance, particularly implementing financial systems and ERPs
• Experience in performing user acceptance testing in similar system roll-outs
• Proficient in data handling, transformation and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or related ERP is an advantage
