Job location: H&M office in Kowloon (Hong Kong)

We are currently seeking a technician / operator based in Hong Kong to be part of the Global Operations Center. The Operations Center team currently consists of 10 operators/technicians located in Hong Kong and Sweden. We are now looking for an experienced technician joining the Hong Kong team.

In the role of Operations Center Technician you will have direct involvement in the handling of incidents and problems encountered and are a key player for more efficient operations, since it is you that monitor the systems and applications that streamline the operational implementation. You know a lot about technology, but your value is in your width, not in your depths. You are the frontline to internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Daily chores and routines in the Operations Center
• Monitor events and take action on cases received
• Troubleshoot and analyze events from servers
• Monitor daily store sales data and logistic
• Documentation
• Participate in project
• Maintain tools
• Optimize tools
• Occasional travel required
• 5-day work, shift duty (2 shifts) is required including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday

Requirements for the Candidates:

• Good command of English in speaking and writing is a MUST
• Experience of event, incident and change management in critical environments is an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Infrastructure 2003-2012 and computer operations is an advantage
• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• 1 year working experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
