Our client is looking to hire a Global Mobility Lead to head up their start up in Shanghai / Hong Kong, China
 
This role requires knowledge and experience on the full Assignment Management process including; Global Mobility, Expat Services, Expense Management, Global Compensation, Expat Tax, International HR & Relocation.
 
This role reports directly into the SVP of Global Mobility services. This position requires staff management experience.
 
Duties and responsibilities include;

• Leading the start up for the office in Shanghai, China / Hong Kong, China
• Serving as subject matter expert on all areas of Global Mobility services
• Managing a team of Global Assignment Consultants
• Ensuing fully communication is maintained with the Directors and VP’s to ensure excellent service delivery
• Manage data and work flow to ensure accurate data is recorded and completed
• Ensuring the full Operational management of the office according
• Liaising with client accounts within the business providing knowledge on policies and services
• Coordinating the client service, global mobility and relocation teams
• Preparing accurate client and management reporting
• Supporting the implementation teams and ensuring that they represent and manage tasks accordingly
• Monitors performance metrics
