Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead and handle multiple projects to enhance operating efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Leading ad hoc projects on Microsoft Dynamics AX (GL, AR, AP, Production modules) solution and related business process issues
• Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
• Coordinate and resolve problems during the implementation of project
• Ensure the project schedule and deliverables to be completed on time
• Perform quality checking on various deliverables
• Utilize system data to prepare various reports for management decision

 
Requirements:

• University graduate in business or related discipline
• At least 5 years practical project management experience from a sizeable organization
• With account / finance background would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of LEAN/Six sigma would be an advantage
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Chinese(Mandarin)
• Good knowledge in MS Office, WMS and ERP system
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong leadership and analytical skills
• Frequent travel to / short term station at the Shenzhen, Shaoguan China factory
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Officer
